​What We Do
At EFD, our goal is to offer a functional fitness program that can meet the needs and budget of anyone.
Open since 2011, EFD has been led by Coach Jay Nolan. Developing a safe and highly effective training program to improve Strength, Power, Cardiovascular Endurance and Body Composition for anyone from beginners to highly experienced athletes.

Our training includes but is not limited to the use of: Olympic lifts, Power lifts, Plyometrics, Gymnastics, Rowing, Kettlebells and Strong Man equipment. Helping you reach your fullest fitness potential, to become the best version of yourself, is what we do.

Your Safety is Our First Priority
Quality before quantity is our motto. Mechanics, then consistency, then intensity. We want things done right, before we want them done fast and heavy. No ego lifting.

Our Coaching
All of EFD's classes are lead by passionate coaches that are committed to your success. We believe the best way we can support you is by continually improving our knowledge base and training, so that we can pass that along to you. Our training methods are constantly evolving to provide the most effective, safe and fun experience for our members.

​Our Classes
​

Strength & Conditioning - Our S&C class, led by Coaches Jay Nolan and Jonah Aguilera, is a highly effective periodized strength program, structured around compound barbell movements. These movements are generally assisted by accessory/hypertrophy lifts to help build muscle mass to support a strong base for fitness. Following the strength portion of the class we begin our conditioning. This training consists of constantly varied movements and time domains, preparing you to face any physical challenge life may throw your way.

​EFD Boot-camp - Our boot-camp challenges runs in 8 week cycles. We back up our commitment to your weight loss with a money back guarantee. This is a fast paced, 30 minute class that uses kettlebells, sandbags, and body-weight movements to jump start your fitness journey. This class is very beginner friendly. You will learn proper exercise movement patterns and effective nutrition guidelines for achieving your weight loss goals .

​EFD Holland Weightlifting - If you are interested in learning about the sport of weightlifting or improving on your current skills, we would love to help! Our barbell club provides coaching and programming for lifters at any level. If your goals are to improve your movement in the Snatch or Clean and Jerk, or compete locally or at the highest level, we're here to help get you there.

​Schedule and Prices

Strength & Conditioning classes are held Monday-Friday at 3:00pm and 4:00pm. $95/month

Holland Weightlifting - Monday - Friday from 3:00pm to 5:30pm. Starting as low as $50/month

Personal Training classes are by appointment only. $30/hour

Bootcamps. $100 for 8 weeks. Email for details.
